As a strong believer in the DIY ethos I think that the highest levels of creativity often appear in the safe haven of the home or the rehearsal space. So I've put together a comprehensive rental remote recording kit that will handle recording in any space.
Microphones - Enough to record anything, e.g. drums, guitars, vocals.
Audio interface - A 12 channel interface that can record as a standalone device or act as an interface to your computer. Or both simultaneously!
Setup assistance - As part of the service, I'll set up everything for you according to your requirements.
The actual tracking process is entirely in your hands but I'll help you setting up to get the best sounds possible in your space!
For up to date details on pricing and technical stuff, check the Remote Recording Details PDF in the link below.
For more information, please get in touch using the contact form below. I work remotely with artists from all around the world and locally primarily on the west coast of Sweden. Let's make a record!
I have experience in a large number of genres with the common denominator that I champion the human element in music. Therefore a majority of my work has been with bands and artists with a focus on played instruments rather than programming, but I have also mixed the odd hip-hop and EDM track. A good song is a good song, no matter the technology used to convey it!
Here is a selection of songs that I've mixed, from the softest piano ballad, via alternative rock and fusion to extreme metal. I've separated them into two different players, depending on the genre you're after. There are also links below to playlists on the streaming services Tidal and Spotify if you prefer.

1. Mixing
The main service at Studio Vinden. I will mix your recordings and bring out the best in them, making them sound the way you imagined. See below for work examples and please reach out if you have any questions!
To make sure you know what you're getting from me, I'll mix one song for free with no further obligations.
Note that I always include unlimited mix revisions. Each song includes:
A mix with my final master processing (ready for release)
A mix without this processing (ready for external mastering)
For up to date details on pricing and deliverables, check the Mixing Details PDF in the link below.
Studio Vinden has a full Dolby Atmos speaker system and all mixes can be performed in both stereo and Atmos.
2. Mastering
I always apply master processing (or mix finalization) as an option in my mixes. If you're already happy with your own mixes but want to get an experienced opinion and finalize your songs before release, I'll apply analog and/or digital processing to really make the songs stand together as a cohesive unit and make them the best they can be.
To make sure you know what you're getting from me, I'll provide a 1 minute test snippet of the first song for free.
The price of mastering/mix finalization is by the hour as it depends heavily on the quality of the mix and the coherence between songs. A very diverse and dynamic collection of songs takes longer to finalize than a coherent album of songs with similar instrumentation.
3. Recording
Studio Vinden is fully equipped to record everything from drums to vocals at Studio Vinden but I don't record bands, the room is too small. But recording and mixing sometimes overlap entirely and I therefore have a setup where reamping electric guitars and bass, adding harmonies or percussion is as easy as pie.
Reamping guitars - I have numerous amps and cabinets always mic'd up as well as a lot of amp modelling tools to help find the sound you're after.
Drum recording - Acoustic drums on your tracks.
Percussion, harmonies, guitar overdubs - I'm not a stranger to doing whatever you want to get the song to a finish line.
These services are something that I often perform as part of mixing/producing and I'm always up for collaboration!
4. Remote Kit Rental
